DUST FREE BLEACHING POWDER Preparation: For normal hair: Mix 2 scoops of bleaching powder with 80 ml activator 6% in a non metallic bowl and mix to a creamy consistency. For extra lightening, highlights and dark hair: Mix 2 scoops of bleaching powder with 80 ml activator 9%. Application: Always protect your hands with gloves during the application. Evenly apply the mixture to the dry unwashed hair or strands of hair. Avoid scalp contact, whenever possible. Processing time: The final processing time is determined by the degree of lift required and the hair structure: 10 - 45 minutes. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool and dry place.
